  24.  I'm afraid a lot of Swedes will refuse to accept any sorting order which
  25.  places aring and adiaeresis adjacent to a. In swedish these are completely
  26.  different characters and aring and adiaeresis comes after z. All of this
  27.  IMHO of course.

  29.  I think it would be great if one could design a single sorting order based
  30.  on character positions, but IMHO this is impossible. There is a too great
  31.  mass of people out there who won't change... I think we will have to define
  32.  some sort of list which defines the local sorting order.
