  15. I've got a project where I need to connect a Unisys host to the outside
  16. world. On the host there is tcp-ip, and I was thinking of using ftp to
  17. a front end PC which then has software for further communication. One of
  18. the main goals is to be able to access X.400 mailboxes, but I also will
  19. need to connect with external systems (PCs and others).

  21. Do any of you know of products which would offer me this ftp to X.400
  22. gatewaying on a PC? Is this a reasonable way to be going anyway? The 
  23. reason for not getting X.400 right on the host is price. It's quite
  24. expensive.

  26. I would be using a public X.25 network between X.400 installations.
