- When you purchase a network product you are usually entitled to some
- support gratis. In fact, that is part of the reason that so many people
- buy TCP/IP software rather than using excellent freeware like NCSA TELNET.
- (There are other reasons but this is one of the major factors.)

- manuals and the computer in question at your fingertips. That makes
