  24. yikes.  negative cachine was in utbind, and yet nobody from ut answered
  25. my request for 4.9 alpha testers?  let's hope that someone from ut (or
  26. some other interested party) takes the time to integrate negative caching
  27. into 4.9.1 after i get 4.9 out the door..
