  14. If I had a MacTCP/NCSA-BYU Telnet connection established from a powerbook or
  15. even a desktop Mac (lets say IIsi) to a UNIX box and run an application called
  16. Empress ... How do I get the functions key commands to work.  I can see that
  17. the PowerBooks have no FuncKeys, so is there a key combination replacement?   
  18. I have tried this from a IIsi, and get junk when ever I press a Function Key
  19. (lets say F3).  Am I missing something in preferences/window configuration?

  21. Second,  I asked this question about a (1) year and since then my mail account
  22. was removed accidently on purpose and so all my reference address's were lost
  23. forever :-( ...  but there was nice qentleman from BYU that modified NCSA
  24. Telnet to create version 2.5b for me to fix the printing bug from Hp
  25. Deskwriter.  Does anyone know who this person was and maybe someone has his
  26. email address.   Its a shot in the dark, I know...but maybe he still reads this
  27. forum.
