- "The Taj Mahal" and had registered the name, BOTH BEFORE
- Trump opened his casino. The Patent and Trademark Office
- originally refused to accept a registration under the name
- "Taj Mahal" BECAUSE there was a prior registration and
- use BEFORE they filed.
