  12. About 8 months ago I had received a program that was very similar to IRC but
  13. have since deleted it and am unable to find it on the usual FTP sites, I have
  14. also forgotten the name of the program. From what I remember I had received it
  15. through this list in about 10-12 messages.

  17. I remember this much about the program: You ran it and it created a file that
  18. made you the operator of the conferences. Then you had other people run it and
  19. they were able to have conversations. The only thing was that all the
  20. conferences were local connections.
