  19. Thanks Eric and others who responded.  By placing a VT420 in place of the
  20. DEClaser we found that the SUN lpr daemon was sending out a banner page 
  21. (non PostScript) which caused the printer not to function properly.  When
  22. we fixed the printcap entry to eliminate this, it worked fine.

  24. It would have been nice if it had generated an error/diagnostic page (like
  25. Error - unrecognized command  "foobar", but it didn't...
