  12. I am trying to find out if I can start Windows apps from a PM program.  I was
  13. able to use DosStartSession with type 14 to start Excel but I was not able to 
  14. duplicate this for any other Windows apps.  I wonder if 2.1 has any
  15. significant improvement or not.
