- Why do you single out C Set/2 as the product not buy? Bob Cain's
- experience (which I cannot comment on) was with OS/2 developer
- support, not C Set/2 developer support. I believe that the OS/2
- developer support is improving daily, but regardless of that, the
- compiler you use to develop OS/2 apps has no bearing on the quality
- of the OS/2 developer support you'll receive.

- We here in C Set/2 & WorkFrame land are as open, and accessible, as
- we can be. You can report bugs, or ask questions, via email, compuserve,
- a 1-800 number, or even here (I'm replying less than 2 hours after
- you made your post).

- We don't expect to earn your business for free, or even easily.
- Customer support is critically important to us, and we will do
- whatever we can to make you happy. Give us a chance. -tim
