- Try upping the IDLE_SENSIVITY and the IDLE_SECONDS values.

- Te "nothing else was running" concept is not always appropriate when thinking
- of OS/2 multi-tasking. Sometimes, you have to GIVE the app more "juice" by
- adjusting the settings.

- OS/2 knows how fast IT wants to run programs....but doesn't always know how
- fast *you* want to run them. :-)
