- On the Model 95 with XGA and an 8514 display that I have in my office, I can
- change the resolution very easily. Open the os/2 system folder, click on system
- setup, click on system icon which opens the system settings. There I find
- an option to change video resolution.
-
- I don't know whether this will be the case with yours. I guess that it will be.
- Otherwise, you will have to do it via Selective Install as has been explained
- by many posters here before. (That is, Selective Install, Primary display,
- XGA, OK, Install, OK, and then follow instructions].
-
- My wish for 2.1 is that a method similar to XGA be provided to change video
- resolution by choosing it from choices from within System Setup, without having
- to reinsert disks 6-19 everytime you need to change video resolution. That is
- painful and frustrating.
