- Greetings all,
-
- We are moving an OS/2 machine in a high magnetic field area(10 gauss). I
- would like to figure a way to run OS/2 in monochrome 80x25 character mode. I
- could go to DOS but I'd rather not. I have an old IBM PC monitor and display
- printer port card that I would like to use. If I replase WPS with CMD.exe in
- the config.sys I still might not work because there is statments loading
- VGA and graphics specific stuff. In fact I can't even have the logo come
- up. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
-
- See Ya,

-
- P.S. If your wondering why the 10 gauss field and why using a monochrome
- screen instead of color. A MRI magnet make a color screen bloom and warped
- and the mono screen will just be distorted.
