  18. There is no welcome folder at all.  Installing SVGA driver is another thing
  19. than installing the SP.  When the SP is applied, standard VGA driver (new)
  20. is automatically installed to replaced the old one, but you have to use
  21. Selective Install in the System Setup folder of the OS/2 system folder.
  22. Follow the instruction on screen, insert GA version diskettes because OS/2
  23. needs SVGA/XGA display fonts to be copied from them, and finally the
  24. Selective Install will ask you to insert the two Display Driver diskettes
  25. coming with the SP, etc.

  27. After trying the SVGA driver and if you want to return to VGA or to change to
  28. another resolution, you don't need to run Slective Install again.  Instead,
  29. open an OS/2 window session (get an OS/2 command prompt), type DSPINSTL to
  30. run the Display/Install program, which will only install display driver without
  31. asking GA diskettes for display font files.
