  13. I recently installed Afterdark for Windows on my OS2 with service pack
  14. system.  I noticed afterward that I was unable to do the following:
  15.  
  16.     1.    I cannot create shadows.  The system seems to be doing something
  17.         but no shadow gets created.
  18.  
  19.     2.    I cannot move the icons.  Both mouse buttons do work because
  20.         I can double click with the left button to start applications,
  21.         and I can use the right button to get the menu.
  22.  
  23.         Exception:  I can move the icon for the AfterDark program (the
  24.                     icon which represents the executing program).
  25.  
  26. I have tried not running AfterDark, but to no apparent affect.  I
  27. suppose that these symptoms were around before I installed AfterDark,
  28. but I cannot confirm that.
