  21. Yep, and there's a bug in the 640x480 drivers as well.  Sometimes,
  22. colors get munged up a bit.  For example:

  24. 1) In the WLO-ported version of Solitare, the heart- and diamond-suit
  25.    cards are displayed as white symbols on a black card back.
  26. 2) In Excel 3.0 (for OS/2), some cursors are improperly colored, and
  27.    performing a numeric operation on a range of cells will cause the
  28.    colors to change (only on-screen, minimizing and restoring Excel
  29.    draws them correctly)

  31. After these two problems, I switched back to the IBM VGA drivers.

  33. I also got the "screen-wrap" bug when using the 800x600 driver.  And
  34. it remained even after replacing BVHSVGA.DLL, VSVGA.SYS, and a few
  35. other replaced DLL's with the original ones.  I had no choice but to
  36. remove the entire driver.  Too bad - I'm getting sick of only 16
  37. colors!

  43. Joel's driver seems to work fine here as well, but I can't stand not
  44. being able to see the background of sliders, notebooks, etc.
