- I had the same problem on both HPFS and FAT drives, but never tried to trace it
- to a OS/2 COPY or MOVE action. I'm sure it happens when you rename a file
- in a DOS session and then copy another file with the old name to the same
- directory. E.g. ren test.txt test.bak copy ..\test.txt .
