- Sure. Get both the Image Browser and its pre-req - the Image Toolkit -
- from either the developer's CD or (I think) by anon-ftp at
- software.watson.ibm.com (I haven't checked, but it belongs to a group of
- programs collectively labelled as SLPT). Install the toolkit using the
- ITKINSTA.EXE program (enter "ITKFMT16" for the format library). Run
- IBROW and import your GIF image into the window.
