- Everything I've heard says that there were no exclusivity provisions in these
- contracts. Requiring exclusive installation of MS-DOS would definitely be
- anti-competitive.

- The FTC hasn't decided whether to pursue the case. A leaked report of
- the investigators recommends action but the Commission has yet to review
- the report and consider its action. At least during the first Reagan term
- it wasn't unusual for the full Commission to table action on a specific
- report. As for the purpose of the leak, perhaps the SEC should investigate
- the FTC to see if anyone has bought or sold MS stock recently :-))
