  11. I'm using WNQVTnet 3.0, with only one major problem:  Every session I open 
  12. seems to permanently claim a small chunk of memory (indicated by the 
  13. percent free under "about program manager").  If I quit and restart Windows, 
  14. I get the memory back, but this is inconvenient.  By the end of the day, 
  15. my sessions are crawling if I don't exit/restart.  I've noticed that other 
  16. software also claims a small chunk of resources, but only the first 
  17. time they're run.
