- I looking to purchase a Windows Accelorator card. Now it seems that
- the ATI U.G.P. is a popular choice, but it still has alot of problems. I'm looking for
- a VESA Local Bus card. I've read every magazine there is that covered the topic, but
- those magazines treatment of VESA cards is skimppy at best. I've seen adds for cards
- bundeled w/ systems that claim 40 WinMarks ( ie. Diamond/Orchid Viper Local Bus ).
- With the S3-805 being implemented more and more, should I wait or what? It seems
- to me that None of the cards are using the full power of LB.
- P.S. Has anyone seen a 50 MHz LB Windows Accel. card anywhere?
-
- Thanks
- -Sean
