  34. To work properly we would also need an x-client capability over local sockets.  I
  35. suggest for consideration that one of the things windows nt needs for complete
  36. success is x-window as a native windowing system running concurrently with windows
  37. 3.x equiv.  For the purposes of discussion, let us assuem windows 3.x equiv is
  38. the window manager.
