  10. I installed the October beta of NT and it boots/works OK, but...
  11.  
  12.   The mouse doesn't respond !
  13.   The network doesn't (net)work !

  16. Hardware config:
  17. Motherboard   : 486/33, ISA, AMI-BIOS, 16MB, 1 parallell, 2 serial
  18. Disks, Primary: 100MB IDE (C:10MB, E:90MB) 
  19.      Secondary: 200MB IDE (D:200MB) 
  20. Video         : Trident 8900 based, running at std VGA rez.
  21. Mouse         : Logitech Mouse Man, Bus version, IRQ 3
  22.                 (Doc says MS Bus mouse compatible)
  23. Network cards : W8003E, IRQ 5, I/O 280h
  24.                 W8003E, IRQ 7, I/O 320h
  25.                                 
  26. Software config:
  27. NT was installed from the CD-ROM over the LAN and onto drive E:
  28. (Both FAT and NTFS was tried).
  29. Swapfile is 28MB on drive E:,  MS Bus mouse driver,  SMC/WD 8003 EP driver

  31. Yes, I remembered to give the Network cards different memory areas.
  32. Also, If I change the network IRQ and reconfigure it in NT, NT hangs
  33. on the next boot, shortly after displaying the login msg (Ctrl-Alt-Del).
