  12. Hello all,
  13.        I've completed an apparently successful installation of the 
  14. October92 Windows NT system, but although the included applets run fine,
  15. invoking any DOS or Win 3.1 application causes the following error window to
  16. pop-up:
  17.                ntvdm.exe - application error
  18.                The instruction at "0x60615974" referenced memory
  19.                at "0x00000000". The memory could not be written.
  20.        The same problem occurs if I try to start WOWEXEC.  The value
  21. of the first address changes but the second remains the same.
  22.        The hardware specifics are:
  23.                Zenith Z-386 SX ( 16 Mhz), 8 meg ram.
  24.                3com Etherlink II /16 netowrk board.
  25.                WD 212 meg IDE hard drive
  26.                Plus Hardcard 105XL
  27.                Exverex Evercom 2400 modem.
  28.     I've tried the WNT002.zip fix on CI$, but it didn't help...
  29.        Anybody have any ideas out there ???? Thanks!
