  33. You're right.  COMPRESS.EXE comes with the SDK.  It actually forms a part
  34. of the Microsoft Setup ToolKit, since its main purpose is, of course, in
  35. installation programs.

  37. As to how you can get it - I'm afraid I can't help you there.  You could
  38. try asking Borland if they can supply it.
