  18.     Borland C++ comes with HC.EXE, the Help Compiler.  Use
  19.     Word for Windows, WordPerfect for Windows or any other
  20.     WP that can export a file as .RTF.  You then compile
  21.     the .RTF file with HC and it makes a .HLP file.
