  21. I've seen a program called BMP2ICO.  I may even have a copy.

  23. Also, you can do a lot worse than just paste into an icon paint program
  24. via the clipboard.  I did that once after capturing a window image using
  25. Alt-PrtScr.  Looked awwwfullll......
