  13.   A friend of mine is looking for info on Comm Drivers for Windows 3.1 that
  14. support 9600 baud and higher. According to the info he has, Windows can
  15. only go up to 9600, so if you are running a DOS term. and are higher than
  16. 9600 baud, Windows will slow it down to 9600. He said something about Turbo
  17. Comm Drivers. If you know of any Drivers, Email me. Thanks!
