  21. Try PlugIn. It's at cica, in pub/pc/win3/desktop/plugin11.zip (I think). It
  22. adds a "QuickRun" menu to the Program Manager that can be customized to have
  23. up to 14 entries. PlugIn has a lot of other nice features, as well. It can change
  24. the group icons individually, there are nice utilities to change the mouse cursor
  25. and item icons (better than what came with win31). It also allows you to set an
  26. alarm to warn of low system resources/memory. Many other features. Highly 
  27. recommended.
