- We have two Sun SPARCstation IPC file server/workstations connected to our
- campus network. QVTNet/NFS performance and reliability have been very good.
- Compared to Sun's own telnet and ftp clients I would rate QVTNet/NFS
- 'outstanding'.
-
- Subscribing to newgroups and using the ftp server are the only time QVTNet
- has given me (infrequent problems). The last two upgrades have all but
- eliminated these problems. On both counts I suspect the other hosts as much as
- QVT, though.
-
- I have been sending QPC suggestions for several years and lately they have
- been rather minor aesthetic user interface problems (primarily with their
- news reader and the "more" button...). Compared with some of the earliest
- releases its like a different product.
