  10. This is to notify of the availability of a windows 3.1 DLL for the
  11. calculation of julian time, solar position, direct insolation, plus
  12. a few other goodies.

  14. The DLL is designed to link with Excel 4.0, though can of course
  15. be called from other software that can utilise DLL's or from 
  16. code written in pascal or C.
