  13. My comm program, Wincomm, has a dialer built in, which will keep
  14. dialling till it gets the number. Great for doing international calls
  15. when the lines are flaky, or for getting through to Microsoft just
  16. after they've announced a new product...

  18. Wincomm became Procomm for Windows, but I don't know if the dialler
  19. got tacked onto the new product. I never upgraded...
