  17. GWS is also available at many ftp sites, and is a worthwhile program.

  19. I'd also like to put in a plug for WinGIF, which also reads various
  20. formats, resizes, etc.  It is also one of the few I've seen that will
  21. allow you to copy to the Windows clipboard.
