- I believe you're refering to the inability of TC++ (and I assume QBasic)
- to allow you to specify two colours. This is a problem with the CGA
- adapter and not with any of these programs. The background colour is
- always black for a true-blue CGA card and the foreground can be any
- of the 16 available colours (set with the setbkcolor() procedure).
- I think it is possible with other cards to remap the 0 (black) colour
- to something else; I think I did it with an old Tandy EX once...but then
- I think your article stated that you have a CGA. Not sure about the
- last part anyways.
