  14. I believe you're refering to the inability of TC++ (and I assume QBasic)
  15. to allow you to specify two colours.  This is a problem with the CGA
  16. adapter and not with any of these programs.  The background colour is
  17. always black for a true-blue CGA card and the foreground can be any
  18. of the 16 available colours (set with the setbkcolor() procedure).
  19. I think it is possible with other cards to remap the 0 (black) colour
  20. to something else; I think I did it with an old Tandy EX once...but then
  21. I think your article stated that you have a CGA.  Not sure about the
  22. last part anyways.
