- I'm trying to find a way to determine a PC's Video adapter and
- monitor type using software. This is NOT for running a graphics
- program, I just need to figure out what adapter/monitor is on
- the machine...like mono, herc, ega, vga, etc.
-
- I've tried using Microsoft C's _getvideoconfig, and it returns
- the correct adapter, but it can't seem to determine the monitor type.
- I really need something to tell me if a VGA system has a Monochrome
- display attached to it...
-
- Is it Possible?? Source code would be appreciated.
