  10.     I  am taking an operating systems class at WMU and it has been
  11. suggested that we use Minux for our assignments (as an OS).
  12.  
  13.     The version of Minux available to us was made for an 8088 and
  14. must boot off of floppy.
  15.  
  16.     Does anything here know any FTP sights that would have
  17. utilities or programs that I could download to MS-DOS or OS/2 that
  18. would allow me to boot Minux from a partition.
  19.  
  20.     Also, is there a version of Minux that takes advantage of
  21. the 386?

  23.     Here is my configuration:

  25.     486DX-33 with 16 megs ram, .5 Gigabytes HD space with multiple
  26. partitions,  1 of which is OS/2 2.0 and one is MS-DOS 5.0.
