- Once the update to MacMinix to 1.6.24 is posted(please post soon), I will
- update my protected memory changes to remove the hack which was needed to
- allow some processes to run without protected memory. This can be removed
- since calls to the mac OS/Toolbox will now be done by the kernel on behalf
- of the program.

- This should make the protected mode memory changes more generic, even though
- they would be easy to apply on a Amiga/Atari even as they are now.

- Did a final version of the GCC 2.x port even get released for 68K minix?
- I recall the talk/location of the 'beta'.

- I finally got around to using the c68 compiler(new version) to build the
- MacMinix kernel, and it worked perfect. Many thanks to the people who
- updated the compiler.
