  26. I compiled ingres03.lzh from sources ( obtained from fgb1.fgb ) and had no 
  27. problems , execpt one file that held it's contents twice. I deleted the 
  28. second part of that file, and there we went.
  29. BTW : I didn't apply any patches. Did you compile it with -fwritable-strings,
  30.       and did you start the ingres locking driver "ingreslock" ??

  32.     NOTE : You should have the /etc/inet/services file, that stats
  33.         ingreslock .
