  13. IMHO, one of the most important features of such a scheme would be to 
  14. distinguish questions related to "getting off the ground", like "which
  15. XConfig settings do I need?" from those articles related to more technical
  16. issues. The second category would include bugs, patches, compatibility etc., 
  17. which concern everyone, not only those setting up Linux for the first time.
