- I can sympathize, but not offer a solution. You see the problem is that
- there are interactions. For example, the libc.4.2 upgrade caused some
- binaries to break.

- Also practical considerations prevent two distributions (one being disk space).

- However, if some other ftp sites wish to refrain from following an SLS upgrade
- until say at least a month or so, you might get most of what you ask.
- However, NO version of SLS has everything working perfectly. That is only
- a goal, not a reality (yet??).
