- I have a getty set up on /dev/ttys0 (my modem). I want to be able to
- kill the getty and use Kermit and then restore it. Can anyone help me
- out? I do not know the command(s) to accomplish this.
-
- Also, the getty I have up reinits periodically and, if someone happens
- to be calling but isn't connected yet and it reinits, the modem will
- hang up on them. What can I do about this?
