  15. The tar on my SLS linux will not read or write multi-volume archives. When
  16. reading, it gives error message "unexpected EOF". In writing, when the
  17. end of the first volume is encountered it just says:
  18. "0 of 10240 bytes written", and falls off the end of the world without
  19. prompting for next volume. I'm currently running SLS .98 p5-49. Under
  20. SLS .98p4-36, previous version, I had no problems with tar. Any help would
  21. be much appreciated. Thanks.
