- Hi,
-
- The tar on my SLS linux will not read or write multi-volume archives. When
- reading, it gives error message "unexpected EOF". In writing, when the
- end of the first volume is encountered it just says:
- "0 of 10240 bytes written", and falls off the end of the world without
- prompting for next volume. I'm currently running SLS .98 p5-49. Under
- SLS .98p4-36, previous version, I had no problems with tar. Any help would
- be much appreciated. Thanks.
