  22. "Electronic Town Hall" as a replacement for, but rather a supplement to,
  23. the other forms of communication.

  30. Just what we need...  Even more overhead in the system.  We don't have
  31. enough of a bureaucracy now?  Does the House work better than the
  32. Senate?  More CongressCritters equate to more special interest groups at
  33. work.

  38. If you really want a more representational government, why not put a
  39. QUBE-like system in everyone's home and let everyone vote directly on

  41. participate, which is certainly higher than at present!
