  15. I've saw recently a discussion about the problems with Win/QVT package, 
  16. which sends mail to UNIX host via POP protocol. I'm working in a 
  17. software firm here in Russia on the same project ( mailing software
  18. under DOS/Windows ). But i never heard of POP. What is it? Is there
  19. some docs - RFCs - IENs, etc? Is POP based on TCP? PLEASE answer
  20. 'cause it's very interesting for me and may be very helpful.
