  11. 32 bit Spice for Windows NT & Windows 3.1

  13. I have uploaded my port of Berkeley's Spice ver 3e2 for 
  14. Windows3.1 / Windows NT.  I've included the necessary files and
  15. setup to install the Windows Win32s DLL if the target system is
  16. Windows 3.1.  Win32s is Microsoft's 32 bit solution to allow 32
  17. bit Windows NT binarys to run on the 16 bit Windows 3.1 system.
