  11.   I am going to teach C++ in summer (June) for an
  12. undergraduate class and am thinking of using the
  13. Borland C++ (Windows) compiler. (Students in the
  14. class are required to know C beforehand.)

  16.   Any suggestions for a readable book with lots 
  17. of examples and which covers major concepts ?
