- I have a 486 50MHZ PC at home, and an
- Apple Personal Laser Writer NTR.
- I can send POSTSCRIPT from the PC
- to the NTR over a Centronics parellel cable.
-
- What I want to do is: Learn POSTSCRIPT programming,
- and plot fun things.
-
- SW-wise, I have Windows 3.1 and vi. No PS stuff.
- I assume I will need:
-
- (1) A POSTSCRIPT interpreter/compiler.
- (2) Some PRIMATIVE Windows app, which need only
- read output of (1) & send the PS stream to the NTR.
- (maybe 1 & 2 come togeather in some package).
- (3) A Windows driver for said app.
-
- How might I obtain these? Preferably at low cost, it can
- be kludgey, it's just for fun.
-

- If only I had been compiled with the '-g' option.
