  16. There is no Windows driver for the original TARGA16 only for the new
  17. TARGA+ boards.  You can check out our section on CompuServe, section 6
  18. of the Multimedia Vendor Forum, for TARGA16 utilities.  Let me know if
  19. you want a free month of CompuServe to try it out.  We also have a 
  20. Developers Toolkit for the TARGA16.  It is $25 and you can contact me
  21. if you are interested in getting that.
