- I have a friend who has a V26bis modem.
- Apparently it is bisynchronous, and 2400 bps.
- (He uses it to connect, I think, some IBM/36 machines)

- Does this make sense ?
- I've never heard of v26bis, let alone bisynchronous !
- If you have any information on the following he/I would be grateful :
- - What is bisynchronous ?
- - What is v26bis ?
- - Are there other CCITTs I haven't heard of ?
- - Is there bisynchronous 9600/14400 standard, and would this work ?
