  33. You are right. I took the at*o from the Scout.txt file since it was the
  34. only place I had it handy. Then I corrected some settings in the output.

  67.     I use V.32 with fallback to 4800 bps, because this protocol
  68.     requires only 16 dbm signal-to-noise. It is not often that one
  69.     can get through to Moskow, and when I do I want to be sure to
  70.     connect.
